I spent the last 15 years of my career supporting my customers with their fitness and well-being through personal coaching, physical therapy and massages. To create a larger community with like-minded people who are all set at achieving similar health and fitness goals, I realized that I needed to expand my services. But I was hesitating to offer small group classes. I wasn’t sure that I would be able to give safe classes with the personal and holistic approach needed for each individual.
But “you will never know until you give it a try.” After a lot of studying and practice I finally feel proud of my new service. Cross Yoga is the result of my experiences in the wellness business, from 2004 up until now. It’s a mix of all the things I learned in my personal life, weight lifting, yoga, breathing exercises, Qi Gong (working on it), physical therapy and massage therapy.
The main goal with Cross Yoga is to help you move your body the way it should, so that you will be able to do more of what you enjoy - with more energy and strength. By synchronizing the breath with the movement you will reconnect with your body and achieve peace of mind. I want you to consider this 55 min class as part of your weekly routine to move, breath and reset your mind. You will start seeing things clearly and become more productive in your personal and your work life.
I designed a beginner, as well as an advanced, class to suit the need of every person willing to invest in his or her health and well-being. I’m excited to share my knowledge and passion with you to grow together to achieve a better quality of life.
